Responsibilities Supervise the Communication Arts teaching-related internal and external departmental communications Ensure smooth running of all CA courses across all campuses and maintain high quality standards for both online and on-campus classes Supervise external CA-related events, examinations, and speech festivals and strive for high performance levels Supervise all CA-related productions to ensure maximum engagement and impact Share expertise and carry out continuous teacher observation and training to improve teaching quality Be an expert in all CA-related curriculum, courses, and external events, e.g., Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival, LCM examinations and Speech Festival Prepare for and teach quality CA classes Create high quality curriculum for CA delivery Allocate and proofread CA teachers' content for curriculum and check accompanying resources Manage sourcing and storage of CA teaching-related resources Allocate and delegate course coordinator responsibilities to team members Supervise and create content for marketing (e.g., for open days and events) to showcase CA Department Work within the departmental budget Support the recruitment and ongoing performance management of CA teachers Plan and allocate leave for CA teachers Ensure the health and safety of students in your care at all times Provide specialist English language support, including grammatical checking, proofreading, and other English-related services Qualifications Native English teaching At least 5 years’ experience teaching from young children up to teens (mainly in 2-6 years old) Degree holder and hold an internationally recognised teaching qualification like Trinity Cert TESOL, Cambridge CELTA and/or PGDE, PGCE Relevant tertiary qualification in English Language or related Language Art MUST have permanent Hong Kong residency or valid working visa to work in Hong Kong Able to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays across campuses (Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui…) Interested parties please send your full resume with date of availability, current and expected salaries to For details of the company, please visit website #J-18808-Ljbffr
