Our client is seeking a Wine Waiter / Waitress to join their team Welcome members and guests with a positive, upbeat demeanor and build quick rapport to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Present menus, provide detailed information about dishes, and offer recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate with kitchen staff, and ensure timely and correct delivery of meals. Maintain high standards of service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Set and reset tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation throughout service. Work closely with captains and other staff to maintain smooth operations and deliver quality service. Maintain adequate supplies at side stations and assist in daily mise en place preparation. 3 years of related experience in hotels, clubs, or restaurants is preferred, candidates with prior experience are welcomed to apply. Good Cantonese and English communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous. Sound understanding of restaurant etiquette and basic knowledge of tableside service, food, and beverages. Patient, friendly, and able to solve problems with a keen attention to detail. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as required in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. You’ll have advantage if you have WSET 1 cert / relevant certificates.
