Assistant Manager, S. K. Yee School of Health Sciences (Ref.: 25/142/HS/AM) The appointee will be responsible for (i) coordinating the training programmes; (ii) coordinating students’ learning activities; (iii) liaise with external parties about our training programmes; (iv) provide administrative support; and (v) performing any other duties as assigned by the Dean of S.K. Yee School of Health Sciences or his delegates. Duties Assist the Unit Head in managing the daily operations of the Non-Academic Unit concerned. Supervise the administrative officers and clerical staff of the unit. Assist in organizing University functions/events. Draft and prepare discussion papers, proposals, correspondence and any other documents assigned by the Unit Head. Serve as secretary to such committees as assigned. Perform any other duties as assigned. Appointment Criteria A recognized Bachelor's degree, or preferably Master’s degree / other postgraduate qualifications in management or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a managerial role. Good language proficiency in both English and Chinese. Preferred experience in training / education programme administration. Good computer knowledge and experience in using application software such as MS Office and photo/video editing software. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
