Transaction Banking Product Sales (AVP/VP) We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Transaction Banking Product Sales (AVP/VP). This role requires a strong background in product sales, specifically within cash management and trade finance. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of relevant experience, a can‑do attitude, and a willingness to embrace challenges in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Driving the sales strategy for cash management and trade finance products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in product offerings. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Provide training and support to frontline relationship managers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell transaction banking products. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant product sales experience, with a strong focus on trade finance; experience in cash management is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
