Description As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Overseeing the preparation of financial reports consolidation and budgets to support strategic decision‑making. Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Managing financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for business units. Monitoring and controlling costs to optimise financial performance. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies. Providing guidance and leadership to the accounting and finance team. Supporting senior management with financial insights and recommendations. Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA are preferred. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles. Big 4 trained is an advantage At least 6 years of relevant experience. US reporting experience is an advantage Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is advantageous. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
