Responsibilities Involve in execution of daily operations of the Concierge counters to deliver premier services to guests; Handle complaints, requests, enquiries and value-added services effectively and provide support to marketing activities; Handle light refreshment and utensils in member lounge. Requirements Diploma / Bachelor in Hotel Management / Property Management or related discipline; 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Customer Service / Front Office and gained from the field of Hotel / Property Management; Excellent command of spoken / written English, Putonghua and Cantonese; Cheerful, initiative, service oriented and able to communicate with guests with different cultural background; Willing to work on shift; Fresh graduates will be considered; Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Customer Service Assistants.
