Working at Freudenberg : We will wow your world Responsibilities Oversee daily finance operations including full set of accounts and ensure timely monthly / quarterly / yearly closing Prepare financial reports and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making by management. Ensure compliance with internal control policies, HKFRS / IFRS standards, and relevant Hong Kong statutory regulations Coordinate annual audit and tax filing with external auditors and tax consultants, ensuring accurate and timely submissions Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including rolling forecasts and scenario planning Participate in ad hoc finance projects such as system enhancements, process improvements, or regional reporting initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting, holding HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a multinational FMCG or commercial environment; prior Big 4 or 2nd-tier audit firm experience is a plus Fluent English written and spoken to lead correspondence with group wide stakeholders Strong technical knowledge of HKFRS and IFRS, with hands‑on experience in statutory reporting Proficiency in SAP (FI module) and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders and senior leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
