You will be part of a passionate and fast-paced travel team in our centrally located office in Hong Kong. We are EF’s in-house travel department for our own Language Abroad sales offices globally. You will be responsible for producing cost-effective safe flight solutions for our students. We start your journey to take care of our Asian students traveling on language programs to our schools throughout the world, but since we are a global company, your responsibilities will grow to a global level. Your responsibilities Provide timely and efficient support/communication for our Sales offices Provide excellent services for flight reservations and ticketing through Amadeus Significant product & service knowledge with hands on reservation and ticketing skills Obsession about cost-effective transport solutions and want to work towards budget and quality targets Works closely with all our teams to provide best options for our extremely important students Understanding the importance of strong relationships with airlines when handling any issues or exceptions A degree in tourism, hospitality, or related disciplines is preferred To have minimum 2 years of work experience within either travel/tourism industry, transport/logistics, or operations is a plus Excellent written and spoken skills in English is key.
