Join Our Creative Force We’re looking for a talented and passionate Designer / Art Director to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in translating brand visions into impactful visual identities and digital experiences. Responsibilities Design Execution Design a wide range of brand assets, including logos, visual identities, brand guidelines, marketing collateral (print and digital), websites, and social media graphics. Ensure all designs align with the client’s brand strategy, objectives, and target audience. Maintain a high level of craft and attention to detail in all design work. Creative Concept Development Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions. Develop creative concepts that effectively communicate brand messages and resonate with target audiences. Present design concepts internally and to clients with confidence and clarity. Work closely with the creative team, including other designers, copywriters, and strategists, to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and present design solutions. Qualifications A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, demonstrating a keen understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual communication. Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms, including websites and social media. Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English, both written and verbal. A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to also work independently. A passion for design and a keen eye for detail. Bonus Points Experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles. A strong understanding of the property development, hospitality, Web 3.0, or start‑up industries.
