Manufacturer' is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Watch Designer to join our dynamic team in our West Kowloon office. As a full-time Senior Watch Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design of our premium watch collections, helping to drive our brand's vision and stay at the forefront of industry trends. What you'll be doing Lead the conceptual design and development of new watch models, from initial sketches to final prototypes Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to ensure designs are technically feasible and commercially viable Research industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to inform innovative design solutions Develop detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and design specifications to guide the production process Continuously refine and iterate on designs to meet quality standards and customer expectations Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative design culture What we're looking for 5+ years of experience in industrial design, with a strong focus on watch design Exceptional technical skills in Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw. sketching.
