Job Description This role involves handling Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing applications, Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission waiver applications, and consolidating KYC requests, among other KYC‑related matters. The position requires liaising with issuers to obtain information and working closely with lawyers from the Global Financial Markets practice on debt capital markets transactions. Prepare and submit Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing and Securities and Futures Commission Part XV waiver applications. Guide clients through the listing application and waiver process. Prepare, consolidate and explain KYC requests to clients, guiding them through the process. Transcribe, edit, amend and proofread listing applications and supporting documents, including offering circulars. Convert, compare, copy type and correct documents as necessary. Plan, coordinate and schedule appointments and conference calls with clients; record all events in lawyers’ calendars. Qualifications Experience in a legal support role preferred but not essential. Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) essential. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; commitment to meet deadlines. Team‑oriented mindset with good communication and people skills.
