Hogan Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES The Hogan Specialist role is responsible for delivering quality IT solution on Core Banking system to support both the Retails and Corporate business of the Bank in Hong Kong. Maintains an expert application knowledge on core banking application and provide business support and consultancy in relation to the system functionality and queries timely Participates and complies with the Bank standard software quality process on development, testing and implementation. Responsible for managing, tracking and timely closure of risks and other compliance related issues. Participate in internal / external risks process review and responsible for timely closure of audit action items. Comply to standard document framework, Agile Framework and risk elements, which includes ensuring process, security, regulatory and audit requirements are met. Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Key Stakeholders Product Teams, interface teams that connect with Hogan, Country Technology & Business Operations Other Responsibilities The job holder is responsible for the design & development of the Hogan systems to meet the product requirements for Keystone (CCIB+CPBB). Work closely with different functional business & interface teams on technology project deliveries. Responsible for software design, development, documentation, and implementation of quality IT solution on core banking system in HK. Liaise with business analyst, product manager, other technology partners to come up with IT solution on core banking system. Provide consultant advise, resolve technical issues and queries from business and technology team, including Hogan Production Support team. Take preventive measure to prevent severity incidents. Assist and perform root cause analysis of incidents and maintain repository for future use Coordinate with IT Service Centre for resolution of issue Coordinate during the SCM process for source code management Qualifications Min Degree Holder Min 15 years working experience with at least 10 years experiences in Core Banking Systems Strong understanding of Core Banking products and experience in Hogan. Software Parm Development specialist, good technical skills and experience on Mainframe, COBOL, CICS, JCL, Proc, Should be a team player with the ability to work with businesses and the technical teams to deliver quality solutions.
