About the role We are seeking an SFC licensed representative who is qualified to act as a Responsible Officer (RO) to conduct Type 1, 4 and 9 regulated activities. The role entails assisting with the Type 1 license application, ensuring all business activities strictly adhere to SFC regulations, and upholding the highest ethical standards. Key Responsibilities Serve as the designated RO for Type 1, 4 & 9 regulated activities, performing all required managerial and supervisory functions under SFC standards. Assist the company in the application process for the Type 1 license. Ensure full compliance with all applicable SFC rules and regulations. Lead the development, implementation, and regular enhancement of internal compliance policies and procedures. Oversee and execute key front to back‑office operational duties to ensure smooth daily business functioning. Undertake other ad‑hoc tasks and strategic projects as delegated by the Board of Directors. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Must be a qualified SFC Responsible Officer (RO) holding licenses for Type 1, 4, and 9 regulated activities. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with proven, in‑depth knowledge of SFC regulations and the Hong Kong market. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and address compliance risks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to effectively engage with regulators, auditors and internal teams. Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
