Ensure that daily business operations comply with the regulations of IA and internal compliance requirements. Manage the daily backend operations of the insurance brokerage, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Provide expert advice on insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies. Actively contributes to business growth initiatives, including insurance product evaluation, insurer partnership development, and market expansion strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Business-related fields. Over 5 years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry. Holder of IIQE Qualification (Paper I, II, III, V and Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Examination). In-depth understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements, with the ability to interpret the regulatory framework for daily operations. Strong analytical, communication, self-motivated and problem-solving skills. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
