My client is a HK based a pre‑IPO technology company, specializing in providing innovative technology solutions to consumer industry clients globally. As the firm gears up for public listing, they are in search of a Capital Solution Director to facilitate firm's growth plans. Key Responsibilities Investor Relations : Lead efforts in engaging with current and potential investors, fostering strong relationships and effectively communicating the company’s financial strategy and performance. Financial Strategy Development : Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our growth objectives and support our IPO preparation. Financial Reporting : Ensure the accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts, adhering to local and international accounting standards. Budgeting and Forecasting : Oversee the budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasts to align with strategic business goals. Cash Flow Management : Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the organization’s financial health. Investment Analysis : Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial insights that inform strategic decisions. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, particularly in relation to the IPO process. Team Leadership : Mentor and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, with a focus on investor relations, ideally within technology or pre‑IPO environments. Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and the IPO process. Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and investor engagement. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic decision‑making skills.
