Our subsidiary, Goodwill Management Limited (PMC licence (C- )), continuously dedicates to providing excellent and valued-added property management services for our landlords and customersand now invites highcalibercandidates for the position of :- Responsibilities Assisting site-in-charge in managing and overseeing daily operations of property and customer services to provide all-round property management services Maintaining good relationship with tenants by rendering prompt services at all times Managing and monitoring the performance of contractors, suppliers and service providers Handling complaints and emergency incidents Supporting renovation or improvement programs when necessary Requirements Degree holder, preferably major in Property Management or other related disciplines Holder of professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH, etc.) or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence Minimum 6 years’ experience in management of shopping arcade and Grade-A office building, with 3 year’s supervisory experience inclusive Proficiency in both Chinese and English Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure Shift duty is required Attractive salary and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates.
