Branch - Senior Business Development Manager Interact with new corporate customer and handle account opening procedure in a professional and courteous manner Perform KYC and CDD checking on prospective customer, ensure full compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements Achieve individual business targets through acquiring new accounts Identify customers' needs and match their needs with appropriate products and services Actively participate in outreach marketing events and coach junior Business Development Teammates Requirements University graduates preferred, with a minimum of 4 years' banking experience Experience in providing financial products and services to retail or commercial customers is required Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage Sound knowledge of retail banking products and services, and capable of delivering excellent services Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 or equivalent) Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent) Pass in the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Proactive, independent, result-oriented, and a good team player Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus (Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Business Development Manager) This position is subject to the Mandatory Reference Checking (MRC) Scheme which is implemented by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA).
