Responsibilities Support monthly and annual financial reports preparation, consolidation and analysis Ensure timely reconciliation and reporting of inter-company transactions and connected transactions Prepare statutory accounts, assist in tax filing, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations Liaise with external auditors for the annual audit exercise Work closely and support different internal stakeholders Assist in strengthening of the internal control Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance disciplines Student member of HKICPA or equivalent Minimum 5 years relevant experience in business and financial reporting, preferably in HK listed company Familiar with HKAS, HKFRS and Listing rules Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin Good interpersonal & organizational skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline Handling PRC reports is a plus Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Accountant We offer competitive remuneration and benefit packages to the right candidate.
