Contract System Analyst

Oversee the development of secure, scalable, and solutions using Java, C# and other programming languages. Manage cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge, AI-driven solutions while aligning with business goals and compliance standards. Implement the development, documentation, testing, and maintenance of internal applications including Dumping Licence Information System (DLIS), EPD’s C-Easy System (a trip-ticket system), and other systems including 4S in the CWDFs of FMD. Perform system security risk assessments. Identify and mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities. Take a hands‑on approach to project delivery, product enhancement, consultation, etc. Providing technical guidance and contributing to solutions to meet project goals, including hands‑on coding and review. Monitor system performance, conduct regular system checks to ensure system availability and reliability. Maintain on‑premise computers, network devices and other system components. Provide technical support to end‑users. Addressing system‑related queries and issues. Job Requirements Educational Background Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience +10 years in system analysis, software development & support, or IT. Strong experience in managing projects and teams. Hands‑on experience in MS Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Kaspersky Endpoint Security, and EventLog Analyzer. Practical experience in management of Smart Site Safety System (4S) project on construction sites in accordance with DEVB TC(W) No. 3/2023. Working experience in organization system adoption with new iAM smart features is preferred. Technical Skills System Design: Proficiency in system architecture and design methodologies. Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with programming languages (Java, CSS3, C#, Python, Microsoft .NET, etc.). Database Management: Experience with SQL, MySQL 2012, ACCESS, and database design. Data Analysis: Proficiency in data modeling and analysis tools (Excel, Tableau). User Interface Design: Knowledge of UI/UX principles for developing user-friendly applications. Other Requirements Excellent problem‑solving abilities and analytical thinking. Work in team environments and collaborating with various departments. Strong communication skills to convey technical designs and business value effectively. Committed to staying updated on latest AI advancements, including safety frameworks, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted coding trends. Dedicated to ensuring software security and compliance, with a focus on integrating security into the system development life cycle. Perform hands‑on technical work when needed, demonstrating a deep understanding of the technologies used. Ability to communicate technical information to non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to provide technical support and advice on the matters of IT systems including computer, networking and surveillance and sensor monitoring systems under FMD. Require to work on site and flexible hours. Attend meetings with the project teams, Contractors and the service providers in relation to IT, AI and computer system to assist the project teams in understanding the proposals, applications, technical feasibility for operation and migration etc., and provide relevant technical advice for the project term's consideration.
