Responsibilities Manage an AI project independently throughout the project life cycle, including closely monitoring work progress and ensuring smooth, timely implementation of the project based on the agreed project plan. Ensure the quality of project deliverables provided by contractors, timely payments of training expenses, and deployment of the AI training programme. Plan and organise training and development activities and events, including face‑to‑face and online training. Provide professional technical advice and support to assist Government bureaux/departments (B/Ds) in the adoption of Innovation and Technology (I&T) across various subject areas, including AI, big data, robotic technologies, digital government, and smart cities. Give presentations using fluent Cantonese, Putonghua, and English during project delivery. Provide project management support for programmes under the Training Section and the Smart Lab. Oversee and conduct evaluation of I&T solutions/AI products, producing reports, summaries, and project documents. Manage the security risk assessment and audit exercise for IT systems. Oversee and support large‑scale events such as IT or AI programme exhibitions and promotional activities. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science or related subjects. At least 8 years of experience in the IT industry. Strong professional knowledge and a proven track record in managing large‑scale projects, especially for Government departments or public organisations, and monitoring contractor performance, website and web course development, and outsourced project management. Expertise in emerging and innovative technologies, including AI and big data. Rich experience in evaluating I&T solutions, producing reports and project documents. Rich experience in planning and organising training and development activities and events. Good problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication, liaison, and writing skills in English and Chinese; fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English.
