Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and management of the Openshift/Kafka/Redis platform. Oversee daily operations, including continuous improvement, capacity and availability management. Perform routine tasks such as move/add/change requests and ensure timely execution of changes. Troubleshoot and resolve related incidents. Coordinate with vendors and Group for higher‑level support as needed. Vendor Management Manage relationships with third‑party vendors for higher‑level support. Ensure vendors meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics. Coordinate vendor activities for major project implementations. Project Management Lead local‑scale projects related to platform enhancements and upgrades. Collaborate with dedicated project teams for large‑scale implementations. Serve as the anchor for business‑as‑usual delivery during major projects to minimise disruption. Service Ownership Act as the service owner for the platform, providing strategic direction and oversight. Continuously assess and recommend improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Alignment With Group Openshift/Kafka/Redis Strategy Collaborate with Group stakeholders to support the deployment of group‑wide solutions. Ensure local platform aligns with the overall Group strategy and objectives. Participate in planning sessions to provide input on related projects and strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience managing Openshift/Kafka/Redis platforms, preferably in banking or financial services. Strong technical knowledge of Openshift/Kafka/Redis and cloud technology. Proven vendor management and contract negotiation experience. Project management certification preferred. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively. What We Offer Competitive base salary.
