Global Warehousing Manager

We are seeking a Global Warehousing Manager to own the daily performance and strategic improvement of all our warehouses worldwide. In this role, you will ensure full visibility, accuracy, and control at every step of the physical flow — inbound, storage, outbound, and last-mile. Daily Operations & Warehouse Performance Lead day-to-day operations and performance of all global warehouses (In2Log Shenzhen FTZ, EU/US Multi-Channel hubs, Amazon). Master all warehouse digital platforms (WMS portals, dashboards, issue trackers) and extract clear operational insights. Maintain strong relationships with warehouse account managers and ensure fast escalation and structured follow-up. Monitor service updates, operational changes, and pricing movements from warehouse and 3PL partners. 2. Inbound Flow Control Oversee all inbound operations, including Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASN) and pre-alerts. Ensure proper inbound processing, receiving accuracy, timely put-away, and exception management. Track inbound lead times and identify root causes for any delays or discrepancies. 3. Outbound Flow Control Oversee all outbound operations, ensuring service-level compliance, pick/pack performance, and on-time dispatch. Ensure each outbound flow meets shipping rules, carrier compliance, account-specific routing guides, and packaging standards. Monitor daily capacity, cut-off times, and operational bottlenecks. 4. Stock Accuracy & Visibility Ensure full stock visibility and accuracy across all hubs, including discrepancies, exceptions, ageing, and automated alerts. Run yearly stock takes with all warehouse partners and manage corrective actions and reconciliation steps. Ensure SKU-level traceability and system alignment. 5. Last-Mile Delivery & Local Transportation (in collaboration with Transportation Lead) Oversee local road transportation from each warehouse to the final customer. Support rate negotiation with local carriers to ensure cost-effective and reliable last-mile delivery. Monitor last-mile tracking performance, transit times, and delivery exceptions. Collaborate with the Transportation Lead on carrier selection, routing optimization, and SLA management. Run weekly KPI reviews covering SLAs, inbound/outbound timeliness, shrinkage, stock accuracy, and service failures. Drive continuous process improvement to reduce delays, errors, manual work, and operational complexity. Build and maintain clear corrective-action plans with each warehouse. Work with the Head of Systems to maintain full Microsoft Business Central ERP integration with all warehouses (excluding Amazon). Ensure accurate and real-time system-driven management of stock movements, inbound/outbound status, and adjustments. Use AI and analytics tools to automate monitoring, detect risks, and strengthen reporting accuracy. Control all warehousing invoices using an AI-powered document parser to ensure accuracy, speed, and compliance with contracted T&Cs. Monitor warehousing costs and proactively identify overcharges or inefficiencies. 9. Peak Season & Commercial Alignment Inform warehouse partners of peak seasons, new launches, promotions, and commercial changes affecting warehouse capacity. Ensure operational readiness and adequate resourcing ahead of volume spikes. 10. SOPs & Operational Standards Contribute to SOP development, warehousing standards, and a scalable playbook aligned with our Lean & Fast Supply Chain model. What you’ll bring to us 3 to 6 years of experience in warehousing operations, logistics management, or 3PL coordination. Experience with inbound/outbound flow management, multi-warehouse networks, or last-mile delivery is a strong plus. Comfortable with ERP/WMS integration and digital tools. Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently with strong ownership. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flows, and multi-region logistics. Fluency in WMS platforms and comfort managing digital workflows and dashboards. Ability to translate operational data into clear actions. High attention to detail and strong analytical discipline. Experience managing 3PLs and leading performance through KPIs. Understanding of last-mile operations and carrier management. Digital fluency with modern tools, automation systems, and API-driven workflows. Ownership mentality, reliability, and operational rigor. Clear communication in English; Cantonese and or Mandarin is a plus.
