Head of Corporate & Investment Banking Marketing, Hong Kong Join to apply for the Head of Corporate & Investment Banking Marketing, Hong Kong role at Standard Chartered Responsibilities Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong & Greater Bay Area (GBA) market and a good understanding of the opportunities opening up for CIB clients Lead the implementation and execution of the Hong Kong & GBA marketing plan by providing guidance, counsel, input for client retention and relationship enhancement and for positioning the Bank against the competition Position the Bank as a thought leader through strategic partnerships with media, key sponsorship platforms and business chambers etc Source and manage external marketing agencies to support event management, content creation and development as appropriate Responsible for the overall CIB HK & GBA marketing plan and budget and to ensure key business deliverables are met Partner with group CIB Marketing team members to ensure marketing programmes are seamlessly executed in line with global standards and that proper measures are established to track effectiveness of all marketing deliverables Familiar with the digital marketing & social media landscape in Hong Kong & GBA Ongoing tracking and monitoring of activity results, to ensure ROI is measured and can provide a basis for informing future marketing decision making Track and analyse competitors’ marketing activities and present findings and recommend any strategic realignments required Manage and mentor team members Qualifications English and Cantonese must be fluent, Mandarin is preferred Preferably to have experience of Business to Business marketing in financial or professional services Preferably to have at least 15 years of work experience, preferably in the financial services industry with a track record of implementing successfully marketing initiatives Comfortable in interfacing with external clients Superior influencing and negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite Willing to travel About Standard Chartered We're an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
