Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, The Bank of East Asia Position Summary Responsible for assisting Senior Investment Counselors and Relationships Managers in supporting, developing and maintaining client relationships and advising them on investments according to their requirement after assessing their needs, desires and risk profile. Responsibilities Deliver profitability for the Bank, by meeting business target agreed with Head of Investment Counselor Private Banking Sell investment ideas to Relationship Managers who in turn market same to their customers. Provide first‑class customer service which meet the standards/requirements/guidelines prescribed by all concerned regulators as well as the Bank Work closely with Senior Investment Counselor and/or Investment Advisory Team to get updated investment ideas and product information Ensure all procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer Banking (preferably private banking), marketing and products experience. Thorough knowledge of investment products. A team player possessing marketing, leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin a definite plus. Excellent presentation and communication skill. HKIB qualification under the ECF would be an advantage.
