Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Expert to oversee all daily operations of our store. This role is the linópin of our business, responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sales, and managing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with a deep understanding of retail principles, including planogram execution, visual merchandising, and staff training & development. You will be the driving force behind our brand's presence on the sales floor. Key Responsibilities 1. Merchandising & Visual Presentation Develop and implement strategic merchandise plans to maximize sales, profitability, and sell‑through. Execute and maintain all corporate planograms , ensuring compliance and optimal product placement. Lead the visual merchandising strategy to create an engaging, brand‑appropriate, and easy‑to‑shop store environment. Regularly analyze sales data and customer traffic to make informed decisions on product placement and assortment. Manage markdowns, promotions, and signage to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. 2. Staff Management & Training Manage, train, and develop a team of sales associates, fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive team culture. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create individual development plans for team members. Lead daily or weekly team meetings to communicate goals, new initiatives, and product knowledge. Develop and implement ongoing training programs on product knowledge, customer service standards, operational procedures, and sales techniques. Manage the store's schedule to ensure adequate coverage while aligning with payroll budgets. 3. Sales & Customer Experience Lead by example in delivering a world‑class, customer‑centric shopping experience. Set and achieve store sales targets, KPI goals (e.g., average transaction value, units per transaction), and other performance metrics. Build lasting customer relationships and proactively address customer feedback and concerns. Foster a service‑oriented culture where every team member is empowered to exceed customer expectations. 4. Store Operations Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring store security and safety. Manage inventory levels, including overseeing shipment processing, conducting cycle counts, and minimizing stock loss. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and reflects the brand's standards at all times. Monitor and control operational expenses, including supplies and labor. Qualifications & Skills Required Proven experience (3+ years) in a retail management or supervisory role. Demonstrated expertise in planogram execution and visual merchandising . Experience in managing and training a retail team. Strong understanding of retail math and KPIs. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Experience with inventory management and POS systems. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing displays. Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets in a competitive environment.
