Pastry Chef

Responsibilities Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the pastry kitchen. Responsible for the production of all desserts and cakes for food & beverage outlets. Ensure the food quality is up to members’ satisfaction as well as the Club’s standard. Accommodate special requests and deliver up to members’ expectation. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety in the kitchen. Requirements Minimum of 6 years relevant experience preferably in club or hotel industry. Experience in similar capacity would be advantageous. Customer service oriented and able to anticipate members' needs with good interpersonal skills. Demonstrate innovation in menu design and food concept development. A good team player with strong communication skills. Good command of spoken English and Cantonese.
