To learn more about Maxim’s, visit Responsibilities Assist the Non‑Food Procurement Buyer in preparing and processing purchase orders, operational demand requests, requisitions, and contracts. Monitor inventory levels, track stock, and identify purchasing needs to prevent shortages. Track orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods and services. Handle supplier communications, operational order requests, sample arrangements, and delivery coordination. Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing correspondence, filing, copying, scanning, and answering inquiries. Support the preparation of procurement reports, budgets, and performance evaluations. Perform data entry and maintain procurement software or ERP systems. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, warehouse, QA) to fulfill procurement requirements for new store development. Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field preferred. 1‑3 years of experience in administrative support, procurement, purchasing, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with procurement software (e.g., ERP systems like SAP or similar tools would be preferable). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with suppliers and team members. Basic knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and contract basics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
