For more information about the University, please visit We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Open Learning : Temp Clerk (SOL) - (25002CK) Position type: Temporary/Part-time Non-AcademicSchool/Unit: School of Open LearningClosing Date: 10/Nov/2025, 3:59:00 PM Major Duties And Responsibilities Providing daily frontline counter services; Performing general office administrative & clerical duties; Assigning in ad-hoc office tasks as assigned. Candidates Should Possess The Following Qualifications, Experience And Competence At least 5 subjects with Level 2 or above in HKDSE including English & Chinese languages, Mathematics or equivalent, preferably with a recognised degree; Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners, preference will be given to those with experience in student services in tertiary institutions; Willing to work on shift, including day time and evenings on weekdays as well as weekends / public holidays; Good communication skills in English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua).
