You will assist in managing and coordinating day‑to‑day site activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation of our projects in Hong Kong. You will be responsible to liaise between sub‑contractors, architect/consultants, utilities and clients on project co‑ordination and construction programme issues. Requirements Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent; At least 10 years' relevant working experience, preferably with Main Contractor; Experience including CSD/CBWD coordination, utilities liaison and project management are essential; Good technical knowledge in either Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; Ability to work independently under pressure and tight schedules; Excellent and strong communication and problem‑solving skills; Experience with Design and Build Projects or ASD Projects is preferred; Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Project Building Services Engineer. • Five‑day work week • Discretionary bonus We are an equal opportunity employer.
