Senior UX Designer – REMOTE – Project based Hong Kong

Job Description Our client is a pre-launch EOR automation platform with an exciting new approach to a huge marketplace. They are looking for an exceptional UX Designer. This is a remote and project-based role for now that can turn into full-time employment. While candidates based anywhere are welcome to apply, it would be an advantage if you were based in Europe, Israel, Southeast Asia or North America. Requirements Minimum 4+ years of UX design experience, preferably in designing complex and no-code web products and B2B SaaS platform UX. A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Design is an added advantage. A strong portfolio of your past work that details your challenges, ideas, and impact. We are specifically looking for projects that went into production where you’ve distilled a complex problem into a simple interface. What were your considerations / constraints? What was the impact of your work? As this is a Senior designer role, your projects should show that you’re capable of leading designs on full features, and demonstrate that you are capable of understanding systems. Experience using tools such as Axure and / or Figma. Knowledge of basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a bonus, but not required. Ability to prototype simple animations of your design. A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies. Ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders. All justifications should be grounded in design / psych theories / research / analytics. Awareness of current and upcoming design patterns and the ability to critique them. Ability to function independently, be self-directed, and thrive in ambiguity. Team player, willing to help and share knowledge with IT team members, stakeholders open to feedback and constructive criticism. Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to developing the design practice within an organization. We are still a young team and looking for people whose past experiences can help us grow. Responsibilities Work in close collaboration with the solution architect and UI software engineers to design an innovative and top user-friendly product that has low friction to adoption and is delightful to use. Develop low and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to effectively articulate your design decisions. Produce polished visual design specs that are clear and directed. Iterate through design feedback from internal stakeholders and test users. Gauge the usability of existing and new system / reporting / interface features and make constructive suggestions for change. Own your features. You can think through edge-cases, refine specs, find reasonable design solutions, and work with software engineers to build them. Write clear and concise copy for your projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
