Responsibilities Prepare and translate the training materials to align with corporate training guidelines, ensure high service quality and enhance sales performance Identify training needs for the business partners and staffs, formulate training and development plans Provide trainings, deliver product knowledge to sales personnel Monitor staff’s performance, ensure the products and display material are selling and using in an appropriate way Handle product inquiries and complaints Requirements ITEC Diploma in Beauty Specialists (Level 2) or related qualifications is preferable Certificate / Diploma holder of Aromatherapy or make up is preferable.
