Infrastructure Investment, Senior Associate As an Infrastructure Investment, Senior Associate, your main role will include: Source and evaluate infrastructure equity investment opportunities, including market research, valuation modeling, and preparation of investment memos for Investment team. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout transaction execution. Conduct due diligence, documentation, and closing processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies. Manage post-investment activities, including attending manager briefings, preparing reports for stakeholders, and handling operational matters. Profile Background in Big Four Transaction Advisory or Valuation teams strongly preferred. 4-7 years of experience across two or more areas: Financial Due Diligence, Valuation, Audit, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Fund Investments, Investment Banking, or Consulting. Accounting qualification required; CFA or other advanced finance credentials preferred. Strong financial modeling skills, with high attention to detail. Effective communicator in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Sector experience in Telecom, Transportation, and Energy is highly desirable. Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
