With offices in Hong Kong and London, we are actively expanding our global presence and are seeking talented sales professionals to drive our growth in key international markets. The Opportunity We are looking for experienced B2B sales talents and customer service professionals based in Hong Kong to develop and manage our business with major retailers in Europe and North America. The primary focus of this role is to leverage existing channels and relationships to introduce our children’s books and printed packaging products into local retail markets, fostering long‑term, profitable partnerships. Key Responsibilities Business & Channel Development: Identify, target, and establish relationships with major retailers, distributors, and key brands in Europe and North America. Utilize your existing B2B sales channels and professional network to secure new business opportunities. Develop and present tailored product solutions that meet the specific needs of the retail market in your regions. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong, trust‑based relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and order negotiation to production follow‑up and delivery. Proactively address client needs and collaborate with internal design, production, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Strategic Market Expansion: Use fluent English to negotiate contracts, present proposals, and act as a liaison between international clients and our headquarters. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for product innovation and market penetration. Qualifications & Experience Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on the European and/or North American markets. Existing network and established sales channels to major retailers in these regions. Experience in the printing, packaging, publishing, or beauty industries is essential. Professional experience working for a well‑known printing, packaging, or publishing company in Hong Kong or Mainland China. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Deep understanding of the retail landscape for children’s products, gifts, or cosmetics.
