Assistant Computing Network Manager

Department Computility & Platform Planning Responsibilities Plan and manage computing network, computing services, support, security, cutting‑edge technologies, and cloud resources. Monitor domestic and international technical developments, establish company technical systems, standards, and solutions, guiding network evolution. Coordinate network resource allocation planning, organize medium‑to‑long‑term development and annual investment plans, track implementation and execution analysis. Develop network development guidelines, conduct feasibility studies and project initiation documents, oversee formulation of project construction plans and post‑evaluation. Conduct research on new technology implementation and AI empowerment, organize technical tracking, communication, testing, and application promotion. Undertake key research topics, innovative projects, and forward‑looking studies and evaluations, while implementing energy‑saving measures. Provide technical guidance and management to branch companies and assist with technical training and communication activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing, IT, or a relevant field. Strong project management skills, creative abilities, and learning aptitude. Familiarity with government and network development strategies preferred. Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions.
