Summary 特定のアカウントの販売目標を達成する経験豊富な営業担当者。指定された顧客基盤の販売/事業計画の策定と実施、または特定の販売プログラムの実施を担当し、患者の旅を効果的にサポートし、ノバルティスとそのブランドを適切に位置づけます。 About The Role Major Accountabilities 商業目標を達成するために、指定されたアカウントでの販売、プロモーション、開発を推進する責任 顧客開発戦略、割り当てられたアカウント専用のKAMアクションプランを開発し、アカウントの目標に沿って調整し、実行します。 主要顧客との長期的な関係を確立し、発展させます。お客様の主要なニーズと要件を十分に理解します。ニーズと目的を満たすソリューションを継続的に提案することで、既存のお客様との関係を拡大します。 戦略と個々の戦術計画の準備をリードし、分析、将来の可能性とアカウントに必要な主要なプログラムの面で戦略的なインプットを与えるために 契約の準備と交渉、および特定のアカウントを対象とする会社が立ち上げるイニシアチブの指針 合意されたビジネス戦術計画に沿って、顧客イベントやその他のプログラムを独立して、またはマーケティング/医療部門と整理する セグメント化やプロファイリングを含む利害関係者のマッピングに貢献し、ノバルティスCRMシステムの正確かつタイムリーなデータを提供します。 指定された顧客ベースの販売/事業計画の策定と実施を担当します。 いくつかの直属の部下を管理する 受領後24時間以内にノバルティス製品に関連する技術的苦情/有害事象/特殊事例の報告 マーケティングサンプルの配布(該当する場合) Key Performance Indicators 特定のアカウントの販売目標を達成する経験豊富な営業担当者。指定された顧客基盤の販売/事業計画の策定と実施、または特定の販売プログラムの実施を担当し、患者の旅を効果的にサポートし、ノバルティスとそのブランドを適切に位置づけます。 Work Experience 多国籍企業での営業経験 キーアカウントマネジメントの経験 チームマネジメントの経験があれば尚可 Skills アカウント管理 バイオシミラー医薬品 ビジネスチャンス 事業計画 コンペティティブ・インテリジェンス CRM(顧客関係管理) 顧客の要件 キーアカウント管理 市場占有率 プロモーション(マーケティング) セールス 販売管理 販売計画 販売戦略 Language 英語 Why Novartis Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
