You will support the end‑to‑end supply network and planning processes, collaborating cross‑functionally across global markets to drive production planning, ensure product availability, and maintain clear communication with customer service, sales, brand partners and suppliers. ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION Demand and Supply Planning Define material and production planning with airlines, suppliers and brands. Manage relationships with suppliers and track production plan adherence and reliability, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with contract terms. Support new projects, launches and rotation changes with product order schedules. Generate and maintain a accurate purchase order and purchase forecast record in the system, and send them out to suppliers. Proactively monitor product availability and daily operational activities; anticipate and identify shortages and excess stock risks. Collaborate closely with internal teams at the factory, logistics, procurement and quality assurance departments, as well as external parties. Maintain good relationships with inter‑market producers to ensure timely, efficient and effective replenishment or changes in supply. Inventory Management Monitor target stock levels for each product and airline, ensuring expected service levels. Address slow‑moving stock and initiate actions to remove and prevent the recurrence of slow‑moving stock. Provide input and intelligence for inventory projections and budgeting. Facilitate timely new product launches and clearance of slow‑moving inventory. JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Internship / part‑time working experience in supply and/or demand planning functions. Data‑sensitive with strong analytical skills. Strong organisational and follow‑up skills, with attention to detail. Ability to build strong relationships across functions and levels. Basic knowledge of sales strategy and brand positioning. Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential. Excellent computer literacy especially Excel skills (Pivot tables, lookups, sumifs, etc.).
