HR & Administration Supervisor Win Hanverky, a Hong Kong‑listed integrated manufacturer and retailer of top-tier international sports, fashion and outdoor brands, is expanding its team and seeks an experienced HR & Administration Supervisor to lead and support human resources functions and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Support the Manager in reviewing, revamping and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices in line with Hong Kong labour laws and industry standards. Develop and manage the full employee lifecycle: talent acquisition, onboarding, total rewards, performance management, learning & development and employee engagement initiatives. Conduct market research, benchmark salaries, administer compensation and benefits programmes, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Prepare monthly headcount and turnover reports, propose retention solutions, and partner with department heads on workforce planning. Lead the revamp of the existing HRIS system, liaise with the service provider, and deliver enhanced reporting to improve HR operations efficiency. Act as HR Business Partner, providing day‑to‑day HR advice to management and staff, and preparing monthly HR reports and cost analyses for management review. Organise employee engagement initiatives and support group‑level HR projects. Lead a small team responsible for daily office operations, maintenance, document management, vendor coordination, and IT, facilities and security liaison. Oversee travel arrangements, visa applications and logistics for group travellers and overseas visitors. Maintain office policies and procedures, manage the G&A budget, petty cash, procurement and payment processes, and negotiate contracts and pricing with service providers. Provide executive‑level administrative support and assist with company events and staff activities. Key Qualifications Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related discipline. Minimum 7 years of all‑round HR & Administrative management experience in a sizeable organisation, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience. In‑depth knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinances, taxation, MPF and other legal regulations. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategy and operations. Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and excellent multi‑tasking skills. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, adept at managing numerical data and reports. Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff in a multicultural environment. Proficient in HRIS and office management systems. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is preferred. Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
