Description Our Operations Division is looking for a team member as part of FundSettle Operations Asset Servicing based in the Hong Kong Branch. FundSettle provides a single access to more than investments to our 200 client families through a network of more than 900 transfer agents. The funds market Your part of the deal Report Asian Voice of Customer Support Follow-The-Sun initiative Support Business Continuity Plan As team member of the FundSettle Operations Asset Servicing Team in Hong Kong you will be responsible to perform assigned task related to the full lifecycle of Funds subscriptions redemptions & transfers to ensure orders are placed and settled accurately and timely for our addition you will be responsible for the dividend process including the generation of dividend notifications and dividend booking for our clients. For the Day to day job Team member will interact with various transfer agents and FundSettle Operations Teams and Client Services Teams in Belgium Poland Hong Kong. Team member will also interact with other Euroclear departments / divisions such as Commercial Funds Product Management Funds Agent Network Management. Responsibilities Delivering service Ensure all assigned task is performed timely completely and accurately in accordance to defined procedures. Ensure operational issues and delays are escalated to team leader. Ensure stability of the service level and gradually bring it to the next level up. Contribute to meet the client survey client loyalty and KPI targets (special focus on turnaround time of queries and quality of feedback). Effective follow-up of ad hoc projects. Continuous improvement (CI) Participate in standardization by SOP adherence (in line with skills matrix) Ensure PSS methodology is applied consistently focusing on the check of the PDCA lifecycle Ensure that Lean deliverables (KANO MIFA) are living documents Productivity and cost management Focus on query avoidance by driving internal (service level increase) Challenge waste Share and adopt best practices & break the silos Risk Management Apply & practice risk & security awareness at all time Adhere to risk management policies & procedures Use Control Map as living document to minimize the risk of error and loss. Qualifications Your profile University Degree holder 1-year solid Banking / Fund House Operations experience Strong communication skills in English (written& oral) Mandarin is a definite advantage. Good organization and prioritization skills Attention to details is key Ability to multi-task with high quality assurance Solid knowledge of MS office (Excel PowerPoint) Positive mindset with problem solving skills.
