Overview EB Operations Analyst - FundSettle Operations Asset Servicing role at Euroclear. Based in the Hong Kong Branch. Responsibilities Perform assigned tasks related to the full lifecycle of Funds subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers to ensure orders are placed and settled accurately and timely for clients. Manage the dividend process including the generation of dividend notifications and dividend booking for clients. Interact with transfer agents, FundSettle Operations Teams, and Client Services Teams in Belgium, Poland, and Hong Kong. Collaborate with other Euroclear departments such as Commercial, Funds Product Management, and Funds Agent Network Management. Deliver service in accordance with defined procedures; ensure timely, complete, and accurate execution and escalate issues as needed.
