And we need your help to get us there Currently, we are looking for a high-caliber individual to join our Finance team as a Junior Accountant based in Hong Kong. What You’ll Do Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, cheque and credit card transactions Update financial records via accounting software Perform month-end close activities Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules for management review Verify petty cash and expense claims Assist in statutory audit and tax reporting Maintain account receivables, assist in invoice issuance, prepare aging report and follow up on debt collection with relevant departments Maintaining account payables, ensure timely payment of invoices Identify and report any financial discrepancies or irregularities Communicating with internal stakeholders regarding financial matters Other ad-hoc tasks What You’ll Need 0 - 2 years work experience in accounting; Open to Fresh Graduates with relevant majors in Finance/Accounting Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft application skills Must be proactive and passionate with high attention to detail Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of accounting and finance Strong communication and writing skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese AI Hiring Tools We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
