Responsibilities Architecture Design : Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture framework that supports both residential business and enterprise business IT services. Standardization : Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices across the organization to ensure consistency and efficiency. Technology Stack Development : Identify, evaluate, and recommend technology stacks that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy. Innovation : Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve service delivery. Documentation : Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including diagrams, models, and technical specifications. Governance : Implement governance processes to ensure compliance with architectural standards and quality assurance practices. About You Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is a plus. Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in IT architecture. Experience in the telecom industry is advantageous. Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and practices to integrate security into the development lifecycle. Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices . Experience with microservices architecture and API management . Understanding of container orchestration platforms, particularly OpenShift. Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, including Power Automate. Familiarity with AI technologies, including CoPilot and other AI-driven solutions. Solid understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Aliyun, Huawei Cloud ). Familiarity with database technologies, including OceanBase, GaussDB, Dameng Database , and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Atlas . Experience with reporting tools like JasperReports . Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to telecommunications. Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and methodologies. Proficiency in network architecture (e.g., MPLS, SD-WAN). Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, OpenStack, HCI). Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools. Experience with Software Defined Networking (SDN) solutions. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess complex systems and propose effective solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
