Location: Wan Chai District, Hong Kong SAR Responsibilities Manage and optimize the daily operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC), enhancing monitoring, detection, alert correlation, and incident response capabilities. Be familiar with and proficient in applying mainstream security products across different categories, including but not limited to: Platform-oriented: SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence & situational awareness platforms. Tool-oriented: vulnerability scanners, penetration testing tools, asset management tools. Protection-oriented: firewalls, WAF, EDR, NDR, anti-DDoS solutions. Maintenance-oriented: patch management, compliance checkers, log management systems. Service-oriented: vulnerability scan, penetration test, threat intelligence feeds, incident response services, Managed Security Services (MSS). Deploy, tune, and integrate security products to ensure seamless interoperability within the SOC architecture. Leverage threat intelligence and security big data to conduct threat hunting, anomaly detection, and forensic investigation. Establish standardized operational processes (incident classification, response playbooks, drill mechanisms) to ensure compliance and business continuity. Collaborate with R&D, IT operations, and business teams to drive implementation and improvement of security capabilities. Keep up with the latest attack techniques and security product developments and recommend upgrades and enhancements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields. More than 8 years of experience in network security. Solid understanding of SOC operations and incident response processes, with hands‑on experience in mainstream security products across multiple categories. Skilled in log analysis, traffic monitoring, and application of threat intelligence, with capability to integrate cross‑platform security tools. Familiar with common attack methods (APT, phishing, ransomware, etc.) and corresponding defense strategies. Experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or security operations projects is a plus. Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills to support cross‑team collaboration. Security certifications such as CISSP, CISP, or OSCP are preferred.
