We are seeking skilled Java/.net developers at various levels, from Analyst Programmer to Team Lead/Architect, to join our clients in Banking industry. As a Java/.net Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Java applications that meet business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver robust solutions. Responsibilities Designing, coding, testing, and implementing Java/.net applications and systems. Analyzing user requirements and translating them into technical designs and specifications. Collaborating with team members to ensure code quality through code reviews and providing constructive feedback. Providing ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems and applications. Leading and mentoring junior developers, providing guidance and technical expertise. Contributing to architectural design discussions and decisions for scalable and efficient solutions. Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Sound knowledge in Oracle Database, SQL. Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
