Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive the growth of our innovative beauty tech product portfolio. This role is crucial for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be the key link between our clients and our factory operations in Dongguan, ensuring seamless order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to expand market share within the electronic beauty consumables sector. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer orders, inquiries, and after-sales support. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and distributors. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive customer loyalty and repeat business. Sales Operations & Deal Management: Manage the entire sales process, including preparing quotes, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Accurately process customer orders and ensure smooth handover to the operations team. Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular sales reports. Operational & Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise frequently with the PRC factory in Dongguan on production schedules, order status, and product specifications to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements and resolve any operational issues. Qualifications & Experience: University graduate in Business, Sales, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the electronic consumable & beauty products industry (experience with beauty devices is a strong advantage). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proactive & Independent: A self-starter, able to work under pressure and manage sales activities independently. Excellent Communicator & Negotiator: Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills with fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Relationship Builder: A natural at building rapport and trust with clients. Experience with or understanding of major B2B e-commerce platforms (e.g., Alibaba) is an advantage. Job Requirements: Must be willing to undertake frequent travel to our factory in Dongguan, PRC, and station there as necessary.
