Overview We are seeking a skilled Mixologist/Bartender to join our team. The role focuses on crafting high-quality cocktails, maintaining service standards, and contributing to a clean, organized bar environment. Responsibilities Create and innovate cocktail recipes. Experiment with new ingredients to develop exciting drinks. Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to established recipes and standards. Utilize appropriate stemware and glassware as required by hotel standards. Ensure that stock levels of all bar items are maintained. Provide exceptional customer service and engage with patrons. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with sanitation, hygiene, and hotel requirements. Stay updated on industry trends in service, products, techniques, and presentation. Demonstrate the desire and ability to train and develop other team members. Perform multiple tasks, including other service duties such as host, cashier, and service. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mixologist or in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or renowned bar environment. Certification in bartending or mixology is preferred. Knowledge of various spirits, cocktails, and mixing techniques. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
