About The Role As a Head Mixologist , you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service. Key Responsibilities Ensure smooth operation and the preparation of items & service of the Bar. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to Hotel standard. Handle guest feedback for continuous improvement of service. Conduct inventory checks in assigned sections and assist with requisition processes. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management. About You At least 5 years of relevant experience in Hotels or Asia Best 50 Bars, with minimum 1 year in supervisory level. Innovative, creative and obsessed about cocktails. Sound understanding of various kinds of spirits and wine. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Customer‑oriented and self‑motivated team player. Excellent command of spoken and written English, fluent in Cantonese or Putonghua would be an advantage.
