Our global team collaborates across categories and borders, supporting innovation and increasing flexibility and speed to market for our customers through our ability to provide design, distribution, production oversight, and other manufacture management services. We are now looking for a Senior Technologist, Fit (Sweater) to join our HK office. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Work with Product Development team on the customer new development such as construction, size specification and modification Develop the client-approved block and instruct the sample production factories to use the specified pattern Review from product development stage to ensure factories fully understand and will follow the first fit sample Validate the sample submission per Time and Action calendar and execute timely Review samples per customers’ specification and construction details. Visit factories to troubleshoot and make corrective arrangement Join PP meetings for quality enhancement and urge for TOP samples if necessary Prepare and submit monthly report for Brand Leaders for overviewing sample performance Work with Brand Leaders to address underperforming factories and set up remedial measures Initiate factory visit to measure factory improvement progress and alert merchandising team on relative sample weakness Job Specifications (e.g. Qualification, Job Experience) College degree or equivalent work experience in Sweater apparels At least 8 years' related work experience in apparel sourcing and production Good technical knowledge in yarn/sweater Must have good experience on the fitting of live model Able to provide solutions and directions for manufacturer to improve fit and product appearance Good analytical skills to solve complex technical problems which have impact to the business Good verbal and written communication skills (English language skills) Ability to work well within a team environment We Offer 5-day work week 13th & 14th-month year-end bonus Performance Bonus Comprehensive medical coverage for employee and their spouse & children from Day 1 MPF Employer Voluntary Contribution Flexible Benefit and more...
