Keep current with tax procedures and developments. Review financial status and operating procedures to ensure corporate adherence. Analyze company structure and determine budget accordingly. Make critical decisions as part of the corporate management team. Ensure tax laws are followed and detailed tax records are maintained each fiscal year. Lead professionals or first‑level leaders on diverse issues or coordinate department activities. Exercise wide latitude to make decisions within established company policies to meet business objectives. Advise staff and partner with cross‑functional teams to meet project schedules and develop solutions. Accountable for department results. Establish procedures and recommend changes to policies. What You Will Bring Master’s degree and 4 years of related experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of related experience, or high school degree and 8 years of related experience.
