Role and Responsibilities Assist the Tax Partner by providing high‑level tax knowledge, understanding, and judgment. Support the growth and development of the Tax practice. Participate in and supervise the preparation of U.S. income tax returns, including specialized areas such as insurance, international taxation, and hedge funds/private equity funds. Acquire and apply knowledge of local tax laws and regulations to assist clients where required. Supervise tax staff and ensure quality and timely delivery of work. Requirements Hold a CPA, EA, or a legal professional designation (LLM in Tax). Have 6–8 years of experience in U.S. taxation with a strong understanding of federal income tax returns for partnerships and corporations. Demonstrated U.S. tax experience in asset management or insurance; international experience is beneficial but not essential. Show attention to detail, initiative, ability to meet tight deadlines, and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime.
