Join to apply for the Customer Success Specialist role at TD SYNNEX Job Purpose This solution‑focused professional will be responsible for new/old opportunities within existing and prospective clients. Responsibilities Drive sales of resold services such as renewals, product support, etc. Address end customers, channel partners & vendors. Work with internal product sales teams to drive incremental revenue opportunities. Meet or exceed assigned sales target. Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including quotes, bookings and renewals. Meet end users/partners to convey the benefits of our services and pricing. Generate documentation to ensure orders booked are invoiced in a timely manner. Pursue discussions with buyers for payment realization within the credit period. Develop and maintain a quality pipeline of services. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Degree holder with minimum 1 year of inside sales or relevant experience in IT industry. Ability to renew contracts is mandatory. Customer‑oriented with a positive attitude. Good communication & interpersonal skills. Willingness to acquire new skills/product knowledge.
